The AIDS Unit operates five telephone hotlines providing free and anonymous service to the public. No caller identity function is installed in any of these hotlines. Through them, targeted health information on HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted infections, drug use is disseminated.

Besides, individual counselling by experienced and trained nurse-counsellors is available through the AIDS Hotline (852) 2780 2211 & Gay Men HIV Testing Hotline (852) 21171069.
