On 9 June 2003, the Legislative Council Panel on Health Services issued an information Paper No. CB(2)2333/02-03(01) "Control and Use of Factor VIII (Antihaemophilic Factor) Products in Hong Kong". This paper aims to brief Council members on the quality and the control mechanism of Factor VIII products used in Hong Kong.
