"Safe journey" drama script writing competition is now open for registration

This script writing competition for the drama "Safe journey" is co-organised by RTHK Radio 2 and Red Ribbon Centre. Its aim is to arouse public's awareness, especially the youth, of safer sex and prevention of HIV/AIDS, and their concern for people who are living with HIV/AIDS.

The main theme of the drama is safer sex. The script should be written in Chinese with a running time between 30-45 minutes in length. Hong Kong resident aged 18 to 25 is eligible to enter the competition as individual participant (team participant is not allowed). A training workshop on script writing will be conducted by professional instructors on 27 July 2013 (Sat). A prize of $10,000.00 will be awarded to the winner of the best script.

Deadline for application is 20 July 2013. Deadline for script submission is 7 September 2013.
