Update Course on HIV Prevention and Care

The following is issued on behalf of the Red Ribbon Centre:
Applications are invited for "An Update Course on HIV Prevention and Care for Health Professionals" to be jointly organised by the Department of Health (DH) and the University of Hong Kong's School of Professional and Continuing Education next (April) month.
The Course is designed for those who are interested in keeping abreast of recent development in the understanding of HIV/AIDS, including health care workers, teachers and volunteers / staff of AIDS service organisations.
The fee is $1,300 per participant. The 12-session course, with both English and Chinese as the teaching medium, will be organised from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm every Wednesday starting April 21. The venue will be Rooms 808 and 1801, AIA Tower, 183 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong.
It aims at updating participants on the scientific principles, programme development and skills in the prevention and care of HIV / AIDS in the local setting.
