AIDS Hotline and HIV Testing Service

Hotline Services

The AIDS Unit operates four telephone hotlines providing free and anonymous service to the public. No caller identity function is installed in any of these hotlines. Through them, targeted health information on HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted infections, drug use is disseminated.

Harm Reduction Hotline (852) 2112 9977 in English, Cantonese and Putonghua. (provides pre-recorded messages only)

Besides, individual counselling by experienced and trained nurse-counsellors is available through the AIDS Hotline (852) 2780 2211 & Gay Men HIV Testing Hotline (852) 21171069. Appointments for voluntary counselling and testing could also be easily arranged over the phone or on line.
